Lots of people gain weight in the winter. Its cold out, we tend to be less active, and crave comfort food. For me, the Summer is my season of indulgence. Rooftop barbecues and parties, more eating out than usual, and I think I kept the wineries in business this year with my love of a dry summer Rose. Time for a reset! Along with a group of friends, I committed to a 5 day reset to jump start my metabolism, get rid of cravings, and lose some extra inches I picked up this summer. And committed to help some friends do the same! 3 Protein smoothies and 2 snacks each day. We can do anything for 5 days, right?
Breakfast was a Chocolate, peanut butter, and banana smoothie. Tasted like a milkshake. YUM! And my Vitalizer vitamins that I take every day. My energy level since I started them two years ago has drastically increased!

My afternoon snack-rice crackers and hummus. Did you know that one serving of rice crackers is 16 crackers?? That’s my kind of snack.
Lunch was a Tropical smoothie. Vanilla protein with frozen tropical fruit.Tasted like summer as we prepare to go back to school tomorrow!
Decided to go Green for dinner and this may have been my favorite of the day! My hubby is resetting with me and loved it too!
