Everyone always talks about gaining weight over the winter. I don’t know about you, but for me the summer is when I overindulge. Barbecues, parties, random nights on our rooftop with some cheese and a bottle (or 2) of wine, vacations where calories don’t count! And I’ve enjoyed every second of it!
